Hurricane Irene in Maryland

Julie Brewington has a humorous report from the Maryland shore, here, at Maryland Conservative.  She says at around midnight it wasn’t much of a storm and she hadn’t even lost power.   However, out here in Western Maryland where we had only a little rain and wind—we lost power!  So what’s up with that.

I hope the rest of the night was as uneventful for Julie as she reported near midnight!  And, I fervently hope all of our readers in Virginia and Maryland won’t wake up to too much trouble.

For more Maryland hurricane news check with shore bloggers Maryland Conservative and Monoblogue throughout the day.
