Will they do it on the Maryland taxpayers’ dime?
Can you believe it! CASA is on the board of the “Organizer’s Forum “ planning an organizing* trip to Cairo for September (two weeks after the tenth anniversary of 9/11). Hat tip: Ed.
If you ever had any illusions about what CASA de Maryland is, just read the “Organizer’s Forum.” This is how they describe their plans for September 25-30th:
Our fall 2011 International Dialogue will be located in Egypt where we will meet with labor and community organizers and other activists in Cairo. There are exciting changes and developments that are currently taking place in Egypt with elections coming soon to determine leadership transitions in what has been an autocratic regime, now challenged by the Muslim Brotherhood and succession and democracy issues. The trip is still in the planning stages, and we will post updates as soon as we have them. [And, we have been hearing from the mainstream media that the Muslim Brotherhood isn't behind the recent Egyptian turmoil, but we knew it was and now we have further confirmation---ed].
Check out the history of the Organizer’s Forum and see that the whole gang is here—-Andy Stern (formerly SEIU), Drummond Pike (Tides Foundation) and Wade Rathke (ACORN founder).
And they say Glenn Beck has a “conspiracy theory”—readers it is all here!
By the way, this is one of thousands of opinion pieces sneering at Beck for linking 60′s radicals, organized labor and Islamists to the Egyptian crisis. No wonder rags like US News are going down the tubes. One of many things this author is lying about is the ratings on Beck’s show. His is the fourth most viewed TV news and commentary program with over 2 million viewers each night (**see below).
It’s not just the mainstream media going after Beck, but ruling class Republican Bill Kristol writing at his own magazine, The Weekly Standard, said Beck was wrong when he linked radical Leftists/Marxists to the Muslim Brotherhood. Let’s see, who do you think might be reaching more Americans? The Weakly Standard has about 65,000 readers per week to Beck’s 11 million viewers per week. Sure looks like Beck might have more people thinking he is right.
Lest they take it down, see who is on the present board of the Organizer’s Forum now planning a trip to Egypt!
Don’t miss the second name from the bottom of the list.

And, gullible Marylanders believed CASA when they said they needed your tax dollars to find jobs and teach English to the poor and downtrodden Maryland immigrant.
Be assured that after they finish “organizing” Egypt they will be back creating chaos and conflict in Maryland in hopes of stirring an uprising here as well (when they have fully recruited their immigrant army that is.)
* Remember during the 2008 Presidential Campaign that we all laughed about Barack Obama being a “community organizer.” After Egypt last week it’s not so funny anymore.
